Required Equipment for NextPhone service.
In order to use NextPhone services, the following are required for residential and small business customers:
1. A broadband Internet connection
2. A NextPhone adapter
3. A touch tone phone (corded or cordless)
A broadband connection includes DSL, a cable modem, T-1, fractional T-1, and T-3 connections. The NextPhone Adapter will be shipped to you when you sign up for an account. Call a NextPhone sales representative at 866-748-0440 to get started today.
Additional equipment such as a personal computer, a router, and a fax line may be used in connection to your NextPhone Adapter. See the installation guide for more detail.
