30-day risk free trial


All new accounts include a 30-day risk free trial. We will refund the activation fee and the cost of the first month of service if you are not completely satisfied. You must cancel your NextPhone Service within thirty days (30) of the day your account is activated to be eligible for the money back guarantee. Equipment must be returned and usage must not exceed 200 minutes within the first 30 days of service. You are responsible for any additional charges such as international calls and directory assistance calls.

To cancel your service, call a NextPhone representative to receive authorization and detailed instructions on shipping your NextPhone issued equipment back to us. The equipment must be in its original packing material, and must be in its original undamaged condition.

Warranty


NextPhone adapters included with a calling plan carry a 30 day limited warranty. Within the first 30 days of service, if your adapter malfunctions, a new NextPhone adapter will be sent to you. You will be billed for the new adapter and will receive a refund only after we have received the original adapter and test it to ensure it is malfunctioning. After the initial 30 days, you will not receive a refund for any replacement NextPhone adapters.
